1. Product Description
HealthResearch.pro offers automated Research Reports on health-related topics. Each report aggregates findings from publicly available sources – including journals, health portals, clinical guidelines, and manufacturer data – into a structured overview of substances, therapies, exercises, nutrition, and related approaches.
The reports are informational research tools. They are not medical advice, not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment, and not intended to recommend, endorse, or promote any specific substance, therapy, or product.
2. Market Availability
This product is currently available to US customers only. We use a whitelisting approach: rather than blocking individual countries, we only open markets where we have reasonable confidence in legal compatibility. Markets remain closed until we can confirm that the product can be offered in its intended form without legal risk. We may expand availability in the future as we assess additional markets.
3. How It Works
You provide a non-individualized search term (e.g. a body function, a health topic, or a disease). We do not conduct individual research and do not accept personal health data. The search term is used as-is – we do not modify, interpret, or improve it. We verify formatting rules only. If your term does not meet requirements, you will be notified and can adjust it yourself. The search term is limited to 75 characters.
4. Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time depends on current order volume. Estimated delivery times are updated at least daily as needed. Once your report is complete, you will receive a link and access credentials via email.
5. Minimum Scope Guarantee
Each report contains at least 50 concrete results on your topic. If this number is not reached, we will refund the full purchase price.
6. Refund Policy
If the report contains fewer than 50 results, you receive a full refund – no questions asked. For all other refund requests, please contact us at the email address listed in the Legal Notice. We handle these on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
7. Report Contents and Limitations
This product focuses on breadth over depth. Many entries are based on a single source. These entries are not filtered out, as they may be valuable. However, this means that errors in the source (or in processing) can lead to inaccurate information. This is rare, but it illustrates why the report is not suitable as a sole basis for treatment decisions.
Key characteristics of the report:
- There is no preselection of whether conventional medicine, alternative medicine, animal studies, or other approaches are “the right way.” The report neutrally presents what the sources say.
- There is no ranking by evidence class (RCT vs. tradition).
- Findings highlighted with a “Noteworthy” badge serve solely as a navigational aid. This is an AI-editorial note and does not constitute a recommendation.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Nothing in any Research Report constitutes medical advice. The reports do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on any information found in a report. If you are facing a serious or time-critical diagnosis, involving a qualified practitioner is even more important – not less.
9. Intellectual Property
All Research Reports are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share any report or its contents without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
HealthResearch.pro and its operator are not liable for any damages – direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential – arising from the use of or reliance on any information contained in a Research Report. This includes, without limitation, any health outcomes, financial losses, or decisions made based on report contents. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the report in question.
11. Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information in a report is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court for 87787 Wolfertschwenden, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
