Topic Selection
To create your Research Report, a search term is required. Please use only non-individualized terms (e.g. a body function, a health topic, or a disease). We do not conduct individual research – please do not send us any personal health data.
The search term depends on your needs. If you want the broadest possible overview, choose a generic term (e.g. back pain). If you want results on a specific topic, we recommend making the search term as specific as possible (e.g. “spinal canal stenosis”). The search term is limited to 75 characters.
Search Term Validation
Your search term is automatically checked before processing. We verify formatting rules only – for example, each report covers one condition or topic. We do not modify, interpret, or ‘improve’ your search term. What you type is what gets researched. If your term doesn’t meet the formatting requirements, you’ll be notified and can adjust it yourself.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time depends on the current order volume. Estimated delivery times are updated at least daily as needed.
Delivery
Once your report is complete, you will receive a link and access credentials via email. You will be notified by email as soon as your report is ready.
Minimum Scope
Each report contains at least 50 concrete results on your topic. If this number is not reached, we will refund the full purchase price.
Report Contents
This product focuses on breadth over depth. Many entries are based on a single source. These entries are not filtered out, as they may be valuable. However, this means that errors in the source (or in processing) can lead to inaccurate information. This is rare, but it illustrates why the report is not suitable as a sole basis for treatment decisions. We also recommend reading the disclaimers in one of the sample reports before purchasing.
Another key characteristic is the absence of preselection:
- There is no preselection of whether conventional medicine, alternative medicine, animal studies, or other approaches are “the right way.” Instead, the report neutrally presents what the sources say.
- There is no ranking by evidence class (RCT vs. tradition).
- We highlight findings that are “surprising from a Western perspective” with a Noteworthy badge. This serves solely as a navigational aid within the large volume of results. It represents an AI-editorial note based on questions such as “is this result surprising from a Western perspective?” Important: the report does not recommend any search results, even those marked as “Noteworthy.”
Time-Critical Diagnoses
If you are facing a serious or time-critical diagnosis, the urgency you feel is understandable. That urgency makes it even more important – not less – to involve a qualified practitioner before acting on any finding in this report. You don’t want to waste precious time on approaches that turn out to be ineffective, and you don’t want to risk shortening the time you have because something was contraindicated or did more harm than good. A qualified practitioner can help you avoid both.
Market Availability
This product is currently available to US customers only. We use a whitelisting approach: rather than blocking individual countries, we only open markets where we have reasonable confidence in legal compatibility.
Health-related information products are subject to highly variable regulations across jurisdictions. Some markets (notably Germany) impose restrictions on how efficacy, mechanisms, or dosage information may be presented. Ensuring compliance in these markets would require altering the report format to a degree that compromises its usefulness.
For jurisdictions we have not yet evaluated, we adopt the same cautious approach: markets remain closed until we can confirm that the product can be offered in its intended form without legal risk.
We may expand availability in the future as we assess additional markets.
Refund Policy
This is a digital product. All sales are final. If your report contains fewer than 50 results, you will receive a full refund – no questions asked.
What happens if we can’t find enough?
If your report returns fewer than 50 results, we will run a deeper search at no extra cost for you. If that still doesn’t reach 50 results, you get a full refund. If you’d like, we can also work with you to adjust the search terms – sometimes a slightly different phrasing unlocks significantly more results.
All other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
